Duathlon and Family Fun Run

Kids Duathlon

For ages 6-12. Start time is 3:00 p.m. There will be three segments (~0.5 mile run, ~1 mile bike, ~0.7 mile run) for teams of three. All segments start and end in the middle of the south parking lot of the church.

Kids

Adult Duathlon

For ages 13 and up. Start time is 3:45 p.m. There will be three segments (2 mile run, 7 mile bike, 4.5 mile run) for teams of three or solo.

Adults

Family Fun Run/Walk

Open to everyone. Start time is 4:00 p.m. The distance is 2.5 miles.

Parking

Please park in the north parking lot of the church or at the school or ball diamonds. We need to keep the church’s south parking lot and street clear of vehicles for the racers. Bathrooms will be available at the school.

Race Fee

As usual, there will not be a fee charged for any of the races. However, as you may know it takes considerable funds to put on the July 1st celebration in Hill Spring each year so we ask that you consider a donation in leu of a race fee. There will be a donation jar near the start line in the south parking lot of the church. Thank you for your support.

Registration

You can register by email any time before June 28th or from 2:00-2:30 p.m. on June 30th at the south church parking lot. Advance registration is appreciated. In the email please specify the race and the names of each person on the team. Feel free to use the email address for general race questions as well.

Shirts

If you would like a shirt, they need to be ordered before June 9th. The cost will be between $10-$15 each, depending on how many shirts are ordered. If you want shirts, please include sizes in your registration email. They will be similar to this design:
